Venice is one of the most important European ports for breakbulk handling. The great ability of our personnel, the flexibility and problem-solving approach to oversized logistics, the convenient road connections create ideal conditions for the logistics chain of many Northern Italian companies shipping all over the world. The connection with the road network has no infrastructural impediments such as galleries or bridges that can hinder transport from the loading location.
Up to 200 Tons on board ship
Vecon can also provide highly specialized staff for cargo handling and uses own cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 60 Tons or hired cranes that can handle loads up to 200 Tons on board the ship. The handling of oversized cargo is the key distinctive feature of the port: it is an added value in which Venue continues to invest to meet a constantly growing demand.
